Help Desk

For any problem with the installation you can at all times contact the LCSi Help Desk, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Help Desk will try to analyse your problem and support you in solving the problem effectively.

If a modem or Internet connection is available, a remote connection will be made into your control system to help solve the problem faster.

If our Help Desk is unable to solve the problem remotely, you can also ask for an emergency visit from one of our dedicated service engineers.

You can also mail the help desk via e-mail at ­support@lcsi.nl for less urgent problems.
